Each summer, Columbia University offers hundreds of courses for Columbia students and students from other domestic and international institutions. Whether on campus or online, Summer term offers the opportunity to study with Columbia’s esteemed faculty, pursue academic interests, advance studies, and prepare for graduate school.

Summer at Columbia also means exploring New York City. Students can partake in a variety of activities and experience why this is a special city in which to study. Visit institutions like the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the United Nations and explore the city’s diverse districts such as the Theatre district on Broadway and the financial district’s Wall Street. From meeting new friends on college walk to biking through Central Park to swimming at Coney Island, there is nothing like summer in the City.
