OCHA maintains a database known as the Housing Marketplace which contains listings of rooms and apartments in non-Columbia-owned buildings in NYC, which prospective roommates can also use to post and search roommate profiles. OCHA offers housing search counseling and has created a webinar about apartment hunting.
