The Career Design Lab supports only students and alumni from the Columbia University School of Professional Studies with individualized career coaching sessions that cover your overall career assessment, résumé and cover letter writing, agile internship and job search strategies, personal branding, interview skills, career transitions, salary negotiations, and more.

Current certificate and visiting students can meet with a career coach in 15-minute drop-in sessions for quick questions three times per semester. Coaching appointments currently take place in person and virtually while classes are in session Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET.
