Arts in the Summer

Admissions

The Arts in the Summer application process is designed for students who only want to take courses offered through the School of the Arts in Film, Theatre, Visual Arts, and Writing. If this applies to you, please use the Apply button to begin your application.

If you're currently enrolled in high school, please visit our Columbia University Pre-College Programs website.

All students looking to take other courses in addition to those offered by The School of the Arts must follow the application process for visiting students.

Students must be 18 years or older by the start of the program to enroll in Arts in the Summer.

 


English Language Proficiency

Applicants whose primary language is not English are expected to meet or exceed the program's minimum language requirements. Submission of test scores is not required as part of the application process. Please review the expected language levels below.
